This website and online store are operated by VOL LLC, doing business as VOL. The Shopify store name is VOL Athletics. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VOL LLC d/b/a VOL.

VOL Athletics is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store, products, checkout experience, and related services to you.

By visiting our site, using our services, or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

VOL Athletics sells made-to-order products, including apparel and other merchandise. Because products are produced specifically after an order is placed, each product may have slight variations in color, placement, finish, or appearance.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the exact color or appearance of the product.

Product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at our sole discretion.

Section 3: Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from VOL LLC d/b/a VOL, operating the Shopify store known as VOL Athletics.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted and production has begun.

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 4: Made-to-Order Product Policy

VOL Athletics products are produced on demand. This means we do not hold traditional inventory, and items are created specifically for each customer after purchase.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Change of mind
Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Minor print placement or color variations within normal production tolerance

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us at support@volfitness.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Section 5: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used for the order
A clear description of the issue
Photos showing the defect, damage, misprint, or incorrect item
If multiple items are affected, a photo or video showing all affected items together

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective or incorrect.

In most cases, defective or damaged products do not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Section 6: Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, you should contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, we may not be able to cancel, redirect, replace, or refund the order once production or shipping has begun.

Section 7: Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping costs, and other charges are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or misuse of our services.

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product names, designs, images, text, graphics, videos, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to VOL LLC d/b/a VOL and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The VOL name, VOL Athletics store name, logos, product names, slogans, and related brand assets may not be used without written authorization.

VOL Athletics is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

However, all purchases made through our store are made directly with VOL LLC d/b/a VOL. Shopify is not responsible for any product, order, damage, loss, claim, or issue related to your purchase from VOL Athletics.

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy.
