Return and Refund Policy
Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from VOL LLC, doing business as VOL, through our Shopify store, VOL Athletics.
VOL Athletics products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically after your order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, wrong color selection, incorrect quantity, or change of mind.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
Returns
We do not accept standard returns because our products are made on demand.
Returns are only considered if the item arrives:

Items cannot be returned simply because you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, changed your mind, or no longer want the item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We need clear photo evidence to review the issue and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, reprint, or refund.
Replacements, Reprints, and Refunds
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
In most cases, damaged or defective products do not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

If you want a different size, color, or product, you will need to place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, we may not be able to cancel, redirect, replace, or refund the order once production or shipping has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect shipping details, or other events outside of our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
